Week 7 - Another start


And we have started! Our game, with our fitting new name 'PrintingParty' has now begun production.

Devs: 

We have our multiplayer already in place and you can try to get a feel for all the controls (also seen down below) already. We've implemented some key features already, so if you want, you can get ready and order those material trucks and start printing that money! Our machines may not be animated yet, but it will print you that money. Not good enough? Try hiring a worker at a machine! Still not good? Well you can always fire them too...

Art:

We made the most important assets of the factory and implemented some of them into the game. We now have a modular belt system that will carry all our riches, we've got the machines and workers that do all the hard work and of course the big boss himself: the player character. All that is now put inside the new walls that surround the factory.

Sound:

A nice and proper music loop has been made for the game with the possibility of extra functionality with the sabotages. Ambiences and SFX for the objects that are already in the scene have been created and implemented. Custom scripts and patches are being made to easily implement the created samples into the project.

Next Steps:

We will continue to work in production and start on those fun sabotages!
